TRUST AND SAFETY

We at wellb.me Inc. and/or wellb.me and/or wellbexperiences.me (hereinafter – “wellb”) believe that all wellb users, Wellness Providers (“WP”) and Clients alike, deserve to feel safe and secure when they meet with one another through sessions booked on our platform.

We have adopted a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy towards any kind of abuse or harassment by any wellb user. A user who violates our policy will be permanently removed from our platform.

As in all daily conduct, you are always advised to take some degree of precaution before meeting a stranger, during the meeting and after the meeting. Especially so if the meeting involves some level of intimacy as one would expect in a wellness session, where some reciprocal trust is required.

Following are some insights, tips and information designed to increase the sense of security and trust in our community.

FOR THE CLIENT

Access to Contact Info: Each WP has to provide wellb his/her photo ID, name, SSN, address as well as professional certificates & diplomas. In addition, WPs may provide links to their pages in Facebook, Twitter, etc. you are encouraged to have a look at these pages as well as run a Google search prior to the session.

WP Financial Background Checks: Our billing system provider runs a financial background check of each of our WPs before they may start using our system.

Personally Interviewed: Each and every WP has to undergo an interview with our wellb team before they are allowed to offer their services through wellb.

Official Certifications: Whenever there is a ‘certified’ badge on a WP’s profile, it means that this WP sent us his/her photo ID’s, diplomas and/or certificates to be filed in our offices.

A preliminary chat: Once a session is booked, the phone number of the WP is published. We encourage a short phone conversation prior to the session as a preparation for the treatment. You are encouraged to use your intuition and common sense: should anything feel out of the ordinary, please report back to us.

Removal Process: Any complaint regarding a session booked through wellb will be checked, and any user (WP or client) who does not respect our policy will be removed from our platform.

Cautionary measures: Your security is our top priority! However, we suggest taking some basic precautionary steps that will help to make your experience are as safe as possible.


FOR THE WELLNESS PROVIDER

Client details: Before any client can book a session, he/she must provide us their name, address, mobile number and e-mail address as well as their credit card details. The validity of the credit card details is verified. A session takes place only after it has been booked and paid for by the above credit card. We also know the location of each session and other billing information of the client.

Targeted Advertising: Our online advertising is targeted at potential clients who showed interest in wellb wellness services.
